Rules

The administrator has the sole right to edit, flag or delete uploaded images – regardless of the image – without prior notice.

All users who upload images to Pic automatically agree to the rules listed below.

1. It is forbidden to upload images containing offensive material. This includes, amongst other things:
   • Firearms;
     • 4 kap. 5 § brottsbalken (1962:700)
     • 5 kap. 3 § brottsbalken (1962:700)
   • Racism;
     • 16 kap. 8 § brottsbalken (1962:700)
   • Nazism;
     • 16 kap. 8 § brottsbalken (1962:700)
   • Threat;
     • 4 kap. 5 § brottsbalken (1962:700)
   Depending on the content of the image, the image and the person who uploaded it will be reported to the police.
2. It is prohibited to upload images containing child pornography.

   If such material is uploaded to Pic, the image will be flagged and the uploader will be reported to the police in accordance with 6 kap. 10 § brottsbalken (1962:700).
